Mentoring

Where Our Hearts Are

Divine Movement was created to build and improve the community by meeting youth, teens and young adults where they are in their life journey. We help build onto their skills to navigate through life better, both personally and professionally. We coach them to set goals in all areas of their lives and mentor them to achieve those goals. Our passion is fostering and growing self-assurance, self awareness, self love, building strength, and awakening their courage within. Our programs are designed to get them moving forward by providing them with and helping them learn the tools needed to sustain a healthy lifestyle physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually if they choose.

Our one on one sessions help with coping and overcoming issues.  We take time to focus on day to day challenges by finding the necessary tools to help build a healthy future. Sessions typically run an hour but can be scheduled for longer. The sessions build self-assurance, confidence, and the courage needed to set and execute goals and so much more. Additionally for our athletes we offer tools to help you keep your head in the game and grow within your sport of choice.

Along with one on one sessions we offer classes on various topics from personal to professional development. There are also opportunities to enroll in our achievement courses. Group sessions are also held periodically in a round table type of setting to discuss topics such as home and social life balance, cyber bullying, and peer pressure to name a few. Divine Movement hosts events to have fun, fellowship and make new friends. During the event enjoy a good meal, enter to win a drawing and hear from a guest speaker. Our goal as mentors and life coaches through Divine Movement is to provide an alternative way for youth, teens, and young adults to deal with life’s obstacles without turning to things such as drugs, alcohol, gangs, or self-harm. We are a movement of change.
